The length of the trip is flexible, but we recommend a minimum of five days to truly see the difference in your game and fully enjoy the experience. Ideally, we suggest staying between one week and ten days. The arrival date within the week is flexible, but please keep in mind that the tournaments ideally occur over weekends. Guests should arrive at similar times, preferably on the same flight, to ensure a seamless airport transfer.

A 50% deposit is required to secure the booking. Reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis if the maximum number of participants is reached.

Tafika Polo Club is located in the Crags, 19 km from the center of Plettenberg Bay in the Western Cape Province of South Africa.

The Tafika Polo Club is a 5-minute drive from the Plettenberg Bay Polo Club, 15 minutes from Nature's Valley, and about a 20-minute drive from Plettenberg Bay Main Street, a small town where you can find shopping centers, a selection of restaurants, and bars.

Make sure to bring summer clothes! Temperatures can range between 25 and 30 degrees Celsius. However, do bring some jumpers, as nights can occasionally get chilly.

Ideally, groups should consist of 4 to 10 people. If you have any questions regarding the size of your group or logistics, we are happy to discuss and arrange a bespoke experience.
